Hi! I'm Yuki, the owner of GARDEN SOURDOUGH.

Garden Sourdough is a tiny, heart‑forward microbakery in Poway, California. I bake slow, naturally‑leavened bread using organic flour, long fermentation, and simple ingredients. Think crusty loaves with a tender, flavorful crumb — plus the granola and cookies for fun.

All items contain wheat. Baked in a licensed California cottage‑food microbakery.

How to order
Ordering opens on
Sundays 8:00 AM and closes on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM,
or when sold out.

Pickup & Hours
You can pick up your order on
Thursdays from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
I’ll send the exact address after your order is confirmed — can’t wait for you to enjoy your bread!
Parking is easy; please arrive within your pickup window so your bread is at its best.

FAQs
How long does the bread keep?
On the counter, it’ll stay fresh for about 2-3 days. If you won’t eat it within a few days, then I recommend freezing it.
Where is the pickup located?
Exact pickup location will be provided after you have placed your order.
It's a little tricky to find it so please look for the chalkboard sign on the street.
When you arrive, no need to knock the door or ring the bell.
Just grab your items with your name and enjoy!
Do we have to pre-order?
You are welcome to stop by anytime, but the special loaves and popular items often sell out quickly. To ensure you don't miss out, I highly recommend to make a pre-order.
